Course Synopsis

Modern complex dental cases rarely fit neatly within a single discipline. Tooth wear, malocclusion, occlusal instability, spacing, missing teeth, and compromised aesthetics often demand a coordinated approach that integrates restorative, orthodontic, implant, and surgical solutions—all underpinned by a stable and predictable occlusal strategy.

Mastering Complex Cases with Complete Occlusion and Digital Workflows is a two-day immersive programme designed to provide clinicians with a clear, structured framework for planning and managing interdisciplinary cases using occlusion as the organising principle and digital workflows as the execution tool.

Rather than teaching isolated techniques, this course focuses on decision-making: when to restore, when to align, when to move teeth, when to place implants, and when surgical intervention is required—and how these decisions interact within the occlusal system. Short, focused lectures are immediately reinforced through hands-on digital exercises and real-world case application, allowing delegates to visualise problems, test solutions, and understand consequences before committing clinically.

Throughout the two days, delegates will work through complex clinical scenarios including worn dentitions, vertical dimension changes, anterior guidance redesign, space creation, implant positioning, and surgical sequencing. Digital workflows are used to simulate occlusal changes, plan tooth movement, design restorations, and improve communication across the interdisciplinary team.

By integrating complete occlusion principles with contemporary digital planning, this programme equips clinicians with a repeatable, defensible approach to managing complex cases predictably—reducing risk, improving outcomes, and increasing clinical confidence.

Delegates are required to bring one of their own cases to work through during the course.
